The following is a conversation between two Indians from a story in an Indian comic book (not the exact version, but you'll get the idea). The setting is a very humid region of India:
A: Would you like some tea?
B: Yes, please.
A (to servant): Bring this gentleman a cup of tea...well...actually, wait a minute!
A (to B): Would you like brown or white sugar in your tea?
B: White sugar, of course! Three spoons of it!
A: And would you like your tea hot or cold?
B: Cold tea? Why on Earth would anyone drink cold tea?
